Northwich Day 3.

IMG_0842

After a wonderful evening and a great nights sleep, today I woke yet again to brilliant sunshine. This was after sleeping for nine and half hours, which has to be a record for me.

It has been another busy day at Northwich, with the site still being prepared for the festival at the weekend. Keith went off to help with hole filling and I got on with making a stew, which I wanted to cook in the morning, so the cabin had the rest of the day to cool down. Whilst the Turkey stew was cooking, I then set about cleaning all the boats brass and washed the cabin top down, she now looks spick and span, so much so that Marmite decided it was a great place to lie down.

During the day boats have been arriving for the weekend, and the pontoons are beginning to fill up.

We have had a wonderful day and know more boats are arriving tomorrow.
